Our story
Nafi was formed out of the idea that the clothes we make for the next generation should reflect the world we want to pass down to them. For us, this means uplifting the communities and landscapes where our natural fibres are farmed.
Our founding partners come from environmental science and policy backgrounds. We started Nafi to be an embodiment of our vision for a truly sustainable and ethical brand – one with environmental integrity and which brings value to farmers.
Nafi follows a ‘windows of vitality’ philosophy that balances environmental and social sustainability to achieve long-lasting transformation. Our textiles replenish nature in fibre-producing landscapes and ensure the resilience of farmer livelihoods.

We believe that true beauty is intertwined with responsibility, so we create baby products that honour the planet and nurture the dignity of every hand that touches them – from seed to stitch.
Our journey begins with the earth, selecting sustainably farmed natural materials with respect to our planet’s resources. We work with our farmers to understand their practices and the environmental benefit that comes from them. Each piece is then crafted with care by makers in the UK and Pakistan. Ethical responsibility
Our natural fibre producers are at the core of Nafi. We work closely with our natural coloured cotton farmers in Pakistan and wool farmers in the UK to ensure they are paid fairly for their efforts to produce sustainably.
Cotton and wool have been farmed for millennia. Today these supply chains support hundreds of thousands of people across the world. It is our aim to uplift these existing supply chains, ensuring their resilience for generations to come.
