Returns & Exchanges

At Nafi, we want you to love what you receive. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to help.

UK Returns

You can return items to us within:

  • 30 days of receipt for full-price items

  • 14 days of receipt for sale items

Please make sure your items are unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. If you ordered a bundle, all items in the bundle must be returned together.

Return postage is paid by the customer. We recommend using tracked delivery and keeping proof of postage.

We’ll issue your refund via your original payment method, typically within 10 days of receiving the item.

Please note: We do not offer exchanges — just refunds.

Gift Orders

If your order included gift wrap and a personal message, this fee is non-refundable unless the product is faulty.

Faulty Items

If you’ve received an item that you believe is faulty, we’re really sorry. Please email us at [info@nafi.world] with:

  • A description of the fault

  • Photos clearly showing the issue

  • Your name, order number, and contact email

We’ll review and get back to you with the next steps, including a free returns address if applicable.

Once assessed, if the item is deemed faulty, we’ll refund you in full. If not, we’ll return the item to you. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, washing errors, or normal wear and tear isn’t considered a fault.
